System Center Server Management Suite Enterprise
Comprehensive solution for end-to-end management of physical and low-density virtual server environments that includes the Enterprise Server management licenses for Operations Manager 2007 R2, Configuration Manager 2007 R2, Data Protection Manager 2007, Virtual Machine Manager 2008 R2; the Management Server license for Virtual Machine Manager 2008 R2; and, rights to manage up to 4 Virtual Operating System Environments (VOSEs) plus the Physical Operating System Environment (POSE) provided the POSE is limited to supporting the virtualization capability.

System Center Server Management Suite Datacenter (SMSD) -
(Licensed per processor, 2 processor minimum)

Comprehensive solution for end-to-end management of high-density virtual server environments that includes the Enterprise Server management licenses for Operations Manager 2007 R2, Configuration Manager 2007 R2, Data Protection Manager 2007, Virtual Machine Manager 2008 R2; the Management Server license for Virtual Machine Manager 2008 R2; and, rights to manage an unlimited number of operating system environments. The SMSD is licensed on a per processor basis and requires at least two per proc licenses be assigned to a server device.
